Tom Eddy Wines
"My winemaking goal is to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon that is rich, flavorful, and elegant - from hillside vineyards that deliver intense fruit flavor and depth of structure
to ensure complexity and richness."

Tom Eddy Wines in California’s Napa Valley is a small, ultra-premium winery producing a wide range of limited production varietal wines. The Tom Eddy difference is not a huge winery, a deep cave or a winery that relies on high scores to sell wine (though Tom has all of these things). The distinctive aspect of Tom Eddy Wines is a dedication to building long-term vineyard relationships, which he believes translates into better quality and more consistent wines. Tom guarantees quality and his excellent wines simply speak to consistency in style, and in addition, his experienced winemaking and training for over 32 years, demonstrate quality levels not normally seen with typical California wineries.

Hand crafted blend then stainless steel fermented for freshness (with only a small component barrel fermented). Aged in small French oak for sixmonths for complexity and softness.
Bright citrus and mineral acidity give the wine a fresh, clean backbone. Complimented by a rich and smooth palate to round out the tropical fruit characteristics. Calls for some robust fish such as poached Atlantic Salmon or more delicate meat dishes like grilled pork chops. A great wine to start any occasion in style.

Morgan Winery
At Morgan, we believe that a wine's style is established in the vineyard. What you'll find in Morgan wines are precise expressions of the specific variety and terroir by a talented and dedicated winemaking team. What you won't find in Morgan wines are unnecessary winemaking influence.
The Santa Lucia Highlands appellation of Monterey, from which we source most of our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit, is one of the finest in California for Burgundian varietals. The combination of cool temperatures, significant winds, and low rainfall stress the vines to the point where the typical growing season is 4-5 weeks longer than most California wine regions. The result is mature and intense flavors, typically apple and pear in Chardonnay, black cherry in Pinot Noir, fresh-cut lime in Pinot Gris, and a spicy blackberry note in Syrah.
